I love the Benefit Creaseless Cream shadows. On me, over a
good primer, they really do last. Ok by the end of a long work day there is a
little bunching up right in my crease but for cream products they do pretty
darn well. *Confessions time* I don’t actually own these shades . I bought them
as gifts for my mum ages ago and took the opportunity to try these shades out
when visiting!
You get 4g in a sturdy glass pot for £14. Birthday suit is a
slightly cool beige taupe. Get Figgy (love the name) is a burgundy with a
slight purple tone to it. Both are shimmery. I find these apply best with
fingers or dense synthetic brushes.
Here they are in action! Apologies for the sloppy
application and wild brows. I was just throwing them on to see how they looked
together. Personally I really like the combination!

I love these too, I have RSVP. Mine smells odd though? Not in an "off" way, it just doesn't smell that nice.
ReplyDeleteThe cream shadows that last the longest on me are the new Maybelline ones! If you haven't checked them out already, the bronze one is a must-have. I have dry skin but my eyelids are very oily so everything creases without a primer - the Maybelline shadows will go about 6 hours alone before creasing, which is pretty good going for me! I get about 4 hours from Benefit, slightly less from Mac paint pots and about 30 mins from an eye shadow alone.
I have to say I've never noticed any scent from mine. I will have to sniff it when I get back lol. I haven't yet tried the Maybelline shadows but I've got my eye on the Bronze and Taupe ones! x
Deletethey look nice together..i need to use the one that i bought more often...i have birthday suit

I really like Birthday Suit, and judging from the dent in it so does my mum! x
DeleteThose colours are lovely! I'm so unadventurous with my make up, I need to mix it up a bit!
ReplyDeleteThey are very pretty shades :) Just go for it! It's only makeup, if you don't like a look you can just wash it off ;-) x
DeleteI have Get Figgy and it's such a great eyehshadow to wear on it's own. The Maybelline ones are great too - Bad To The Bronze is the BEST eyeshadow!
ReplyDeleteI really need those Maybelline shadows! I've heard nothing but good things x
DeleteBirthday Suit is one of my faves! Just really easy to apply and light/sheer enough that it hardly matters whether it creases or not. Love it!
ReplyDeleteMy mum loves it as she just has to smudge it on and go. She's definitely not one for primer/ blending/ multiple shadows lol x
