I’ve had the Balm Hot Mama! For a while now but I’ve only
ever used it as a blush. Yet is says quite clearly on the packaging that it can
be used as a blush, or as an eyeshadow. In a fool hardy attempt to look a bit
more ‘spring like’ I thought it was about time that I tried this shimmery
peachy gold shade on the eyes.
It actually works really well as an eyeshadow! It does
benefit from a sticky base to get the colour to show up a bit better but I
absolutely adore it on the eyes. So much so that I actually wore this look for
3 days on the trot. This is pretty much unheard of for me. I generally never
wear the same look twice.
I also used NYX Highlight on the brow bone, Maybelline Eye
Studio gel liner on the waterline and upper lashline, Hot Mama! Again on the
cheeks and Revlon Coral Reef on the lips. From the Sleek Storm palette I used
the champagne shade in the inner corner, dark matte brown in the crease, gold
under the lower lashline.

You should try it! I wish I'd used it as shadow sooner. Haha yes I do use that shadow quite a lot. It is the first and only eye shadow I have ever hit pan on x
