sent me this pencil a while ago in a mini swap and I’ve been loving it ever
since I received it. You know how much I love my black liner. This particular
offering from Barry M looks fab (I love the turquoise against the black), is a
bargain at £3.99 and most importantly performs pretty darn well!
The texture of which is incredibly smooth and it transfers brilliantly
onto both the upper lashline and waterlines. Because it is so soft you need to
be a little careful when sharpening it to make sure you don’t smoosh it but it
really is a joy to apply. The colour is a deep inky black, more than black
enough to rival UD 24/7 liners and MAC Feline.
Once it has set on the upper lashline it does stay put all
day on me. It becomes pretty smudge proof after a few minutes so if you are
using it to create a smudged, smoky look you need to move pretty quickly. On the
waterline I wouldn’t say that it is completely waterproof as it does fade on me
eventually but it does last a good while longer than most pencils do on me! I
don’t think anything will ever last the full day on my waterline but this does
a better job than most so I’m happy.
Overall I think this is an excellent quality pencil and it
is all the sweeter for being so affordable. Thanks again Liloo! x
